RS EXIM is one of the leading manufacturers of FRP Moulded Gratings. RS EXIM Gratings meet the highest international standards for its high strength, corrosion resistance, long life and safety. Manufactured from various carefully selected resin systems these Gratings are designed to deliver many years of reliable service, outperforming the traditional materials. Light in weight and easy to install, a complete range of moulded Gratings are available to satisfy various industrial needs, high load requirements, as well as mesh Grades to meet falling object solid floor solutions as well as stair treads, complimented with handrail systems enable complete access stairways and work platforms solutions. These are manufactured in an open mould, using a hand lay-up process. Continuous fibre rovings are manually inserted in longitudinal and transverse directions, and thoroughly wetted-out with periodic applications of resin. This use of continuous rovings allows the creation of large, single-piece panels, with bidirectional strength properties. The Company can produce over 20MT of gratings each month with a monthly capacity for 1500 grating panels. RS EXIM offers a range of molded gratings designed to meet the load requirement for a variety of industrial purposes. FRP gratings have exceptional strength-to-weight ratios compared to conventional materials and perform reliably for many years - even in heavy - duty conditions.
